You know I dont mean to knock off the NCCA judges, but to give you an idea of how some judges go for their buddies and stuff. As I presented my car, the judge told me, "Oh I know your car, I have judged your car before." Mind that he is looking at my engine bay and didnt even noticed the turbo.

I have been beaten by a beat up MX3, that had a custom kit, and nasty paint job. Its not how much you have done to the car, but how it looks and how everything fits to perfection. Wires running on top of your valve cover is not going to cut it. Yet the way NCCA judges, it doesnt seem to matter. Running paint jobs score more than a perfect clean, perfectly maintained factory paint job. Interiors that dont match but have been customized by Joe Upholster score more than a set of Sparco seats that match your scheme. I have seen nasty spoilers that dont follow the lines of the car, fiberglassed from hell get extra points.

I'am sorry, but it gets frustrating. Doesnt mean that I have lost to good cars, they are out there.

Sorry for the ramblings. Continue... :)

What event was this ? Are you sure it was an NCCA judge ? Let me know, because if it was one of my judges, he wont be judgind much longer.

As far as the rest of the shows you guys are talking about, they were not judged by the NCCA. Again we do the Hot Import Nights, Irevs, I.A.S. and a few 1 time shows, with more then 200+ cars. We do not do small local shows, and what not. :D

Again, let me know about any complaints that you guys have about an NCCA sanctioned event, and I will try to look into it for you.

(this really sucks by the way, my ******* thread about winning, getting tottaly jacked.)

(lol) BTW, Mind getting that little car you made, into an avatar for me ? :D

Thanks Matt. BTW, the weather sucks, cold in the morning, hot in the afternoon. ON TOP OF THAT, that gosh darn hurricane is gonne cut north, and rip right through here. Granted, it wont be a hurricane no more, but damn, that weather sucks. :D

The judge on this small show was the same judge in the Hot Import Nights in Dallas this year. So even though this wasnt a NCCA judged event, he did judge at HIN.

i couldnt even believe that guy was a judge...i know im being stereotypical, but it looked like he shouldve been judging harleys.
