My 03.5 P5 doesn't have ABS, so it isn't standard equipment. They should be able to tell via the VIN. Why not ask them to prove your car doesn't have ABS?

I got the same intake w/ no problems.....after I reset my ECU. you should go back to the stock intake, reset the ECU, then see if you get a CEL again. If you get another CEL while stock then it's not the intake. good luck!

I had it happen to me once. A few days after installing my intake & exhaust. I reset my ECU and everything has been fine since.

i just put a K&N filter in.... didn't use the suggested replacement.... used HP-1010 instead of HP-1008 only diff is the 1010 is about 2 inches longer....but fits perfect...
