Need Help

This is my first time putting my motor back in and I have a few questions, trying to see if anyone can help me out.

There is a white clip, on the wire harness that conects to the alternator underneath the intake manifold, where does that clip go?

On the wire harness that connects to the injectors, there is a ground wire, I think, it black with a yellow line through it under the intake. where does that go?

On the top of the engine, there is like a can shape thing with a couple hoses coming out of it, its on the left side of the intake manifold. One line goes to a metal smaller pipe, where do the other hose go? it has a small black clip on the end of the hose.

If anyone can help me out it would be much appreciated? If you need any clarification don't hesitate to ask.

damb no help. Would anyone be willing to take off their intake and take a picture of that area and post it?

If you can would you be able to take a picture of what you are referring too? Visually that might help us to indentify what you are talking about.

For the 2nd picture the grounding wire goes right under the intake, it attaches to a metal bracket right between the tranny and engine. The bracket holds somekind of clips and and is attached to a couple small tranny bolts around where the starter is. I will try to look at the other things tomorrow when it is light outside.
