j/k Market is still good and rates are low, two pros to be shopping.Speaking of houses, it's funny I'm on craigslist looking for houses to rent but using the search word "garage". lulz. I don't care what the house looks like, I just want a decent garage.
Oh to have been single with no kids when looking for a house. I finally have a place with a 'promising' two car garage. Just need the funds to do the renovation...damn kids keep needing money for silly things like, food and clothing.

Soooo since so many of you are gun owners, I was thinking about a Mazda firing range day? Mostly so I can try out all your hand guns before I buy one for myself. I know some ranges have ones to try out/rent and the more Meeps/guns/advice the merrier. Jess and I were talking about going to the range sometime soon. Would anyone else be interested?
After seeing the quote in Jeffs posts, I should probably let everyone know that Andrew had his 1 year check-up. First off I can't believe he is a year old already. Secondly, the doc says he is perfect. Lastly, he got 4 vaccinations and he did pretty well as usual, he also needed a blood draw for testing for lead and something else. Jen informed me afterward that it was a good thing I went outside during the blood draw because someone would have gotten hurt. They had some trouble finding a vein in his right arm and then had to go to his left arm. He was pretty pissed off at them. It took Jen and 2 nurses to hold him still.
