depends whats available on the core.
I had 90* tabs welded on mine so I just bolted those to the bumper.

Head over to Lowe's (Or Home Depot if that's your piece of cake), and purchase some 6" bolts with a matching thread, drill some holes in the top of the bumper support, feed them down into the top if space permits. (evil)
I will try this first; however, due to the thickness of the unit I may have to get a few 90* pieces of flat steel to mount it further towards the rad in order to clear the bumper without cuts.

OK, seeing as I did this months ago, this is LONG overdue. This is a general how to, assuming you know basically what you're doing already. The hot pipe routing is not ideal and I'll probably be redoing it eventually. Also, you really should use a slim fan if you're running 2.5" piping.
Here is the hot pipe, uncut Ubend from the CX racing kit... a 2-2.5" coupler is needed, or different size if you've gone with different size IC piping.
Down there, you can see where it connects to the uncut 90* pipe from the kit
Don't really like this routing, but it works for now. The 90* pipe comes through the spash guard, and connects to a cut Ubend.. you can see that the joint isn't perfect... that and just the fact that its very exposed makes me want to change this eventually.
OK, onto the cold side... a 45* pipe, uncut from the kit, also notice that a piece of the frame has been notched and bent back to clearance for the pipe.
another 45* pipe was cut, and a 45 coupler was used to get through the CAI hole. After the BOV pipe, I cheated, using a turbolife cold pipe that I cut... I'm planning on using the cut off section as an intake, seeing as it already has a recirc fitting that is over an inch in diameter.
and here, you can see it a few weeks later, very dusty, with the BOV recirculated.
And now some relocated MAF pics, as I changed my setup.

Buy from a legit place like crossover, protege garage, street unit, etc. You'll know you're getting a legit REAL hks. ebay, especially at a very low price, is too likely to be a knock off.

I hate to be a pessimist, but at that price, it HAS to be fake.
Alright so I got my FMIC and piping yesterday so I will be installing it asap. I have a Steed Speed mani on its way also so I will install both at the same time.
Also, how did you guys run your 2.5" hot pipe with the AC and radiator hoses in the way? Is there any way to do this without a slim fan?

its a tight fit, but it WILL fit... no slimfan needed

I left the fan in there.. bent the AC line out of the way (CAREFULLY)
but more recently I said to hell with it and pulled the fan out.
Yeah you're right I just did a test fit. I'll have to come from the bottom with the 45* pipe and squeeze the J-pipe down. Thanks!

If i buy the kit below, can i keep my fogs for MSP 03? I dont really wana replace my fan can i keep it? AND dont really want to cut the crash bar is that possible?
