We're talking the spacers with new studs built in. So the old studs just need to fit in the pockets on the back of the wheel.

check your wheels before you buy spacers. my te37's dont have deep enought pockets for 15 mill spacers on stock studs. to add 15 mil spacers i need to replace the stock studs with shrot studs so the wheel mounts flush the the spacer.
i been looking into spacers for a while. im a weirdo and i luv my stock wheels. but want more flush!
Im not slammed, just lowered a bit, so rubbing wont be an issue for mah fenders.
tried a friends 5mm universal spacers, didnt hardly make a difference, but was already losing quite a lot of stud in the wheel...
getting the 15mm Eibach Pro-Spacers, that bolt in like pictured above. i cant WAIT!
i did before & after shots with the 5mm to see if i could tell teh diff, not really, lol.
I measured, with my camber it should make the top of the wheel like 1/16th" past the fender.
i recently changed my camber from -1.8 all around to -1.6, and got fully aligned, apparantly after mah springs i forgot to do that and it destroyed my xbrand crap tires. oops.
heres some pics after some adjustments and a ghetto fender pull.
