Oh man we have been talking about getting a new tv. Really didn't want to go bigger than 42" but that's a damn good deal.

Glad you figured out the problem with your car Mark and bonus that it was a cheap fix!

I came down with spring fever after work and swapped hoods.

thanks all for you suggestions...the thing is the starter showed no signs of being on the verge of failing and it just felt like to me it wasn't getting power. for those of you who have auto trannies if you don't put it in either P or N, it won't start...so it kinda felt like that...of course i made sure it was in P and tried starting it in N...nothing.....well i spent an hr or so today going thru the online p5 manual and noticed that it could be one of about 4 basic things....so i started with all the obvious, fuses and then moved on to the TRS or "transmission range sensor" these can go bad and of course if not functioning properly, no matter what position the tranny is in it won't start. so i look down from above and what do i see on the top of the sensor..antifreeze??? the over flow bottle was leaking ever so slowly that i never saw it on the ground, and when i took the connector off the TRS, the senosr had a small quanity in the bottom. the connector it self was wet as well. i get out the heat gun...run it over both parts until it's all evaporated, plug it back in...and da-dah fired right up! i'm happy again!

Nice bit of detective work Mark, but if you didn't want to come to dinner you could've just said no.

Morning folks. Time for another fun training session in the morning, and getting thrown under the bus in the afternoon. I brought my xbox with me to the hotel but haven't even had a chance to take it out of the bag thanks to all the extra work dumped on us.

Morning all... Had a talk with the Sherwin Williams guy yesterday and he kept trying to blame me and say that my paint pan was dirty... it was spotless. Then he tried to blame the roller, it was a brand new roller. He said I'm the first customer to complain about this paint and he wouldn't do anything to fix it.. He suggested I "put a small percentage of water" in the paint.. right... I was pretty pissed when I left the place. I'm really tempted to get my paint elsewhere.

I thought a good rule of thumb was to NOT blame the customer.
