project blackbird with no fire from coil pack

Hello, what's sup and how's the weather down low. First than first I new here and am in need of some serious help. I've had my 1999/98 626 lx for many year's now and desided to put a fresher engine in it. Did the proper exchange but the battery was put in wrong. Fried and burnt somethings so I changes all the sensors and the wires that burnt plus new computer. I was told that the computer was a plug-play computer and did not needed to be flashed. WRONG some do some don't minds was the do. So now what the dealer say tough luck can anybody help. Sorry so long. Any info would help.

So, did you get the computer programed ??
No spark ?
If I had no spark and didn't have a factory service manual I would make sure the check engine light comes on cycling the ignition key. If so I then would listen for the sound of the fuel pump when I cycle the key on. I would also look at the injectors, test the injector harness connector with a test light jumping the connector with a test light and cranking the engine should make the light blink on and off. I would also make sure when you say there's no spark you know how to test this system. Make sure you test for even the smallest discharge of spark not just testing for a 1/4 inch flash. A week coil may only put out a 1/32 nd inch of a flash but that means you likely have just a week coil and need to replace it. There are a lot of things you could test but you need to be able to correctly evaluate things... Good luck and check back in with more info..
