So now its between the Konigs and the MB Weapon, you guys are suggesting $300 each rims, I will NEVER spend that kind of money into rims.

You're right, it's not like they're important or anything. You should probably just find some used 75k mile tires too.

I have a shift knob that cost more than the wheels you are looking at on page one. It amazes me that people will throw away thousands of dollars on parts to make 30-40 more horsepower but when it comes to wheels/tires that can make a huge improvement in everything your car does, not just go faster in a straight line they want to cheap out.

Good to know,
I'm getting a set next week and heading to Florida so I can watch you puke. Seriously....I am.
Not.

Say what you will, I like them even if they're played already.

Anyway, if the OP is down to those MB, they get my vote. Only thing I see wrong is they must be heavy slugs like the stockers and if I'm putting money into wheels I want them lighter than stock, at least a couple pounds. Preferably I'd like them 16 to 17lbs and no more than 20.

The TSW site doesn't bother listing wheel weights which makes me think they're plain cast and heavy. I like the looks of several of them but that's all I like. I suspect they're all at least as heavy, if not heavier than the stock 18x7.

Has anyone bought wheels from SU and does anyone know do they actually stock the wheels or do they order them TR and drop ship or what? TR stock of some of the Kosei I like are not even shown. SU has some rather cool wheels.

I will probably get Rota's though.
Not.:D

Adding lightness is good but as you point out, it lightens the wallet too. Cheap heavy wheels that look good.......all they do is look good.

Exactly...Now tires ofcourse, youd wanna get the one with the most grip regardless of price. Great tires > Regular or so-so tires = actually makes a diff. , Heavy cheap rims > Heavy expensive rims = only makes a difference when your passing by the High School.

Cruising past the high school?
I think you'd want to drive a Cobalt if that's your game.
I can hear them now.
"Oooh a Cobalt with big pretty baller wheels on it!"
"I have to text my BFF, tweet, and put something on my facebook page!"

MB Weapons. Or get the Enkei RPF1

If you can't meet the price point of your rims in the size you want, try running smaller rims and then get meatier tires.

konig runaways in shadow black, im also saving for those, i think they would look badass just my opinion though

MB Weapons look great and I haven't seen one with them. I really like the Konig Heatsinks as well.
