ok first off, did you put the vaccum hose on thr correct nipple of the bov?
it should be on the nipple that is on the purple part of the bov, not the one that is angled down.
make sure all you connections are tight. if you still are not hearing the dump, the bov may not be opening all the way. what you can do is take off the top part of the bov (the purple part) by unscrewing all the little allen bolts that go around it. there are 2 springs inside and you can take out either one of them, it dosent matter. then put the bov back the same way you took it apart. this will aloow the bov to open.
IMO you should put your stock bpv back on. this setup that you have is "ghetto" and you car will perform better if you change it back to stock.
if you want to hear the dump that badly, what you can do is get an AEM or Injen intake and with the stock bpv, you will be able to hear it, trust me.
