Including TTL, I'd say that sounds pretty good. I technically paid sticker for my MS3 Sport a few weeks back, but they also paid above blue book for my trade & threw in an extended warranty at no charge. It's all part of the shell game. With zero down, I ended up at $23,500 or so financed- car, warranty, gap insurance, TTL (trade was dead even). So I basically financed the sticker price, but got some extras.
If you're going to finance it, consider the extended warranty & gap insurance. Those 2 together can run you another $2k or so. Of course, if you plan to mod the heck out of it, the warranty may not be useful. In my case, the main reason I own the MS3 now is that I failed to get an extended warranty on my previous ride & ran thru the factory warranty with 2-3 years of payments left. (I drive a lot)
