GP Light Weight Protege pulleys

Yeah thats what I am running with..hopefully it will stay in one piece.

I also want to know if anybody noticed that on their crank pulley the inside key notch is a hair too thick. Theres no way I could of got mine on without filing it a few seconds.

I know the screws have been revised. I recieved the new screws. What I mean was did he say the pulley was getting completly redesigned? Can anyone confirm how the other brand underdrive crank pulleys have there crank sensor gear attached to the pulley(screw,rivot)?

UR UDP had sunk in allen screws.

Theirs talk about the PS pulley gettign redesigned but thats as far as I know and thats hear say from other board members.
 
i had the new screws tightened as much as i could without breaking the allen wrench and used red loctite. and somehow it still failed. i don't know how it exactly happened. all i know is it was in there no problems for a week or two and then something it ****** up.

he said the crank pulley has been completely redesigned.
 
Well even it has I'm sure he won't address it until he gets all those other orders out first.
 
2 late 4 me, been crash test dummy since 1/5/08. PS OK but not perfect. No issues with alt or wp. Crank is UR UDP so not applicable here. Waiting to see if we hear about the ps do over. Skepticism is trying to creep in..............
 
Sorry, I have not been following the threads much. I have been working through the backorders. The PS pulley is being made this week and will be done next week. I will be taking the address from Paypal and sending off replacements. The design will be completely different and a much nicer looking unit.
I made another batch of 2.3L WP pulleys and you can see the difference.

Crank pulley guys, I have made new one and have been swapping them out. I have a list of pulley guys that are waiting on screws, but will be getting a new crank pulley. You will need to keep the timing gear and put it on the new one.

I'll post here as opposed to PM'ing...
I have both the PS and crank pulley (both 1st batches from what I gather), and am waiting on the screws/replacement pulleys...
