I finally did it too!!

I just need to do my rotors... I thought you only had to let it sit a few hours and then you are good to go.

It would depend on the paint you use. Some paint maybe dry to the touch in 30 mins but cure in 24 hours. Look at the directions on the paint you use.

I let it sit for almost a day if using G2 since it cures in 24 hours. Also if the paint is not dry, turning the wheels at speed may throw some paint, or if you pick up small stones it could score the paint.

Check the paint you are planning to use. It's paint dependant. I would gladly help you out.

Also depends on humidity level. I recommend never painting anything above 50% humidity.

New Ride

Picked up a new ride ths morning. She's a real brick.

Huge engine bay but no engine. Really need to do something with the wheels for more bling.

Been checking the gas mileage and doing pretty well. Last 4 fillups are 31.4, 31.5, 30.5, and the last one which was the Cape run and filling up today was 32.9. Pretty happy I must say. Looking to see if I can better that going down to Lime Rock this weekend.

getting from 21-25mpg in my V6...and i dont drive like a grandma ;)

I don't check my MPG. I knew it was a horror show before I bought the car. Hehe. My Dad told me about the gas prices in CT. I'm so looking forward to that.
