Symptoms...
1) at highway speeds the steering feels very loose/floaty and even will pull to one side sometimes (it does not pull to one side consistently).
2) Feels fine at lower speeds

3) alignment has been done

4) With front wheels off the ground and grabbing the tire left to right it will shake. Left side is worse than right, but they both have some play.

5) Grabbing top and bottom of the tire the wheel is solid

Any rumbling or noise at highway speeds. Bad wheel bearings tend to make noise. Not always but common. Left to right play usually indicates tie rods (typically outer tie rod before worn inner ones). Top to bottom play (grabbing wheel at 6 and 12 o'clock) indicates ball joint wear. I'd suspect tie rods before wheel bearing if no evidence of vertical play.
