whats up everyone my name is erik and i will be moving to va in the next few months. i will be living in the Norfolk/Virginia beach area. i drive an 03.5 lazer blue msp and just wanted to see whos in the area and maybe come to a meet or something. well hope to see some nice cars up there. sucks to cause i heard i have to toss my radar drector. damn laws lol

You sure you want to come to va?? I know a few of us are trying to leave.
 
ehhh more then 190 i ran justin right after we got his car off the dyno for the thunder install and i put a good 2-3 cars on him. since then i installed the 626 mani and thermal spacer so id like to say i broke 200. My valve seals are shot now tho so im burning a s*** ton of oil so im not even driving the car im just putting a built motor in. Only thing i have left to buy for the bottom end is pistons i have everything else.
 
well i am moving to va because i am getting promoted at my job and i will be managing my own store for dominos. i don't have a store yet but they are looking for one for me. my car does not really have any mods to it yet. the only things i have are a k&n filter, ngk spark plugs, wires, hawk brake pads, gauge rings and a few other things. once i do move up there however i will be making somewhere in the neighborhood of 50g's a year so a little bit of mod work will be getting done to my car. so far though i have only been upgrading when something breaks.

and yes i am sure i wanna leave cause the place i live has 19 guys for every 1 girl. i live right by camp legune which is one of the biggest marine bases in the world. plus my brother is gonna move in with me and he is gonna be moving from michigan. i need to get him a mazda cause that saturn is gonna bring down the look to my driveway lol.
 
yes u most certainly do. i am going for looks more then speed but my car will get some things under the hood. i am going to wait to fully build it until i get another car and a garage where i can store my baby. oh and buy the way my car just broke 90,000 miles. a little high but no problems yet. i try and take really good care or my car so i usually don't have many problems.
 
also forget to ask if anyone knew any good/cheap places for rent. i have to rent a place when i move up there for 6 months and then i am going to buy a house. i have been looking around the area in Newport News, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Virginia beach but the cheapest place i've found is $700 a month which i fine but i want to find a place just a little less expensive. i also need 2 rooms. thanks for the help guys and looking forward to cruising down the interstate with all of u.
