My search for acquiring the 3.5 front lip/dam/valance part has allowed me to come across with this official install guide. Yes, I bothered my local Mazda dealer for part number 000-86-C02-00. They claim to be able to order it but most likely will end up with a canceled order due to unavailability. Anyways, im a little confused because of the part number (0000-89-C09-XX) is clearly a different one on these instructions. I am going to assume this part number includes all screws/clips, fog light insert and of course the front lip. Months of looking for some a Mazda guide/repair manual that showed the 3.5 lip in any way, came up with nothing. Well, I ended up with this guide (come to find out not everything is available on the internet ), no one probably needs it by now but people like me that might end up acquiring this part may find this useful.
