zaino time

So I bought the zaino kit (clay bar, wash, z5, z2, z6) and I'm planning on doing it this weekend. Anyone have any tips, other than the instructions on zaino's site?

I haven't read the zaino thing in a while, but my Zaino guy always told me to buy the best towels possible, and cut off the polyester ends if any are present. You can tell because under a lighter they will crust up and semi-melt. Also, you can use Zaino in the sun if you want to, and it really doesn't cause problems. I've also learned the spray goes a LOOOONG way. really.

Well if you car is Cosmic Blue, Black or Red, if you see ANY swirls, take care of them now before putting Zaino on. You will need to clay the car to get contamination off the paint. If you have swirls and scratches, a porter cable with a yellow foam pad armed with menzerna intense polish will take care of it. Follow up with Menzerna final polish and youre ready to start zaino.. I would start with a few coats with Z5 than move to the Z2. I also use the CS and its a great product! Hit me up if you need more indepth help. TAKE PICS!

Don't forget to wax your wheels. Keeps them much cleaner (much less brake dust buildup) and easier to clean. Zaino rocks! Good choice!
