What do you think are the top 5 mods that we need for the Mazda 2 right now?
My picks...
1. Brake Upgrades - Rather it be drilled and slotted rotors for the front, upgraded drums for the rear, or a kit that eliminates the rear drums we need to get some options for brakes because currently we have none in the U.S.
2. Forced Induction - We need a complete turbo or supercharger kit for the Mazda 2. The kit should come with everything you would need to install a turbo or supercharger, should be plug and play, and come with a complete tune included in the kit. (I'd prefer a supercharger for the 2)
3. Oil Coolers - Complete engine oil and transmission oil coolers specifically designed for the Mazda 2. None of that universal junk.
4. Upgraded Radiator - An all aluminum or stainless steal radiator that is larger than the stock for more cooling capacity is needed. Better cooling fans would also be a nice upgrade and could be sold as a kit with the new radiator.
5. Harness Bars - Their are currently no harness bars made for the Mazda 2. The only option we have if we want to install racing seats and a harness is to fabricate our own harness bars.
Hopefully the Mazda 2 community posts their thoughts in this thread and we can get the attention of some of the performance parts manufacturers/ developers.
So what are your Top 5 mods that the Mazda 2 needs?
EDIT: Perhaps people didn't understand what I was getting at with this thread but thats my fault for not explaining it. This thread is for people who need specifically designed parts for the Mazda2 that are not yet available on the market. Not necessiarly the Top 5 things you want to do to your 2.
Example... I want to install a supercharger kit on my Mazda2 but I can't because such a kit is not available in the U.S. at least a reasonable price.
Those are some really great mods that I forgot.
