I thought this was an open forum free to spread knowledge to all. I did not realize people could ask for their threads to be censored. The stock mount is not reliable. It needs to be redesigned. I know of two companies that make the tranny side mount right now and I think it is peoples right to know about their options on this. I don't think it is ethical to keep my mouth shut about these mounts. Not when someones engine is liable to drop out of their car.

he does offer a mount but it doesn't look like the most effective mount since it only replaces the top part not the bottom part of the mount. And the bottom part is stripping out and failing.

Reall sorry to hear! but as far as the rants about the speed, all cars have bugs-issues. Consumer reports rates the speed3 with a full red relaibility rateing, this mean by comparison to all other vehicles on the road the speed3 has LESS issues than its peers.
They dont drive it like most people on these boards do...FTW(usa)
I've had mine for almost two years, haven't been easy on it at all and haven't had a problem.
