This is so cool, I can't wait for you to get it going! What are you using for EMS again, the Unichip still or did you get a Microtech?

And I agree, but my suggestion was for the PASSENGER seat, not as a replacement for the drivers seatThe Momos are only 15lbs each so not much weight savings. I've driven a car with the Summit seats in it and I really didn't like it at all. They weren't very effective at holding you in while cornering. That was a DSP car.
You'll need to paint the drums with gold paint, then write "drumbo" on them in red letters...

In other words, unless theres some pressing reason to have a $250+ seat in the passenger side(which does nothing but sit there), Id rather use something else rules compliant/cheaper and pocket the cash for something else more critcal...like 275 hoosiers. Again, just a thought.

for the right time. Will Kalman should be sending me a little care package soon with some retired Escort suspension goodies.
Makes perfect sense to me. Just throwing out some suggestions to an in-process build. My girlfriend will be driving with me once the car is done. I figure one of us will be riding shotgun a lot for instructional purposes until she gets comfortable pushing the car hard. I wasn't going to use the passenger Momo at first, but I figured I would be spending some quality time on that side of the car for the first few months. Once I feel she is up to speed I may change the passenger seat, but it's not a big priority right now. I know that the car will be a long way from fully prepped by the time Nationals gets here so I'm not sweating the secondary stuff too much right now.........
Justin,
Did you get the suspension bits off of Will's car? I know that he modified some GC camber plates for the rear--do you know what they started life as and how they were modified? I tried PMing Will on SCCAForums...he's not around.
Cusco plates need to come from Japan and take 2 months plus to get...and I dont really want to wait that long. We popped in some camber bolts for the meantime...but those are a bandaide at best.
