Sorry for the delay guys, had to do more errons than I thought. Anyways, pics have been taken and are uploading, I also received two more packages after I got home

Anyone got any tips on the best way to clean up the turbo? I didn't wanna just start pouring soap and water on it so I thought I'd ask first. It's dirty as hell.

brake cleaner and a brush followed by a solvent soaked rag. Then a dry rag. No water.

Missing a stud and the gasket that was pictured it no where to be found

Then the other stuff that showed when I got home

Did you check all the packaging really well for that stud and gasket? Oh and word of advice when you're cleaning the turbo, Take off that coolant line that's in your way. Makes it A LOT easier to clean. It feels good getting the turbo doesn't it?

I'ma take all the lines off, get it all nice and clean
