northern va / dc is expensive. va beach is alright, but it gets old quick.. then again i've lived here most of my life. drive out here and get your transmission swap done!

The housing market in good areas is THROUGH THE ROOF!!! northern VA (dc suburb) richmond, VA beach tide water region. i live in a Amish/ Mormon area and the housing is outrageous.. go figure
