This thread is retarded. I know I've taught a lot of GUYS how to drive standard, as well as some of my female friends who were learning to drive when we were younger. It took me 5 minutes to learn. I've taught others by explaining it to them over instant messenger. There's no reason people shouldn't be "allowed" to drive standard.
And as for loving to race, you're not alone. I'm a total track-rat, and love going wheel-to-wheel with the boys. And there sure as hell aren't any automatic vehicles in MY racing series.
