Here's what I have:

Alpine MRV-T320 2/1 Channel Power Amplifier (amp for the below speakers) The amp is rated by Alpine at 80x2 @ 4ohms or 110x2 @ 2ohms both RMS (Alpine is usually conservative on there amps so numbers may be higher)

ALPINE SPR-136A Type-R Component 2-Way (front) 40W RMS <- These have a Xover so it will be a 4ohm load coming off of that
ALPINE SPS-1629S S-Series Coaxial 2-Way Speaker (rear) 30W RMS

What would the best way to wire the Alpine speakers above to that amp?? What kind of power would each speaker get (do I just divide the number by 4?) Should I go series or parallel?? Whatever I do can anyone who replies be kinda descriptive(like + on this speaker goes to + on that, etc.), I'm rusty on my stereo installs.

Also, anyone put an alarm in there Pro5?? How hard is it??

FOr myslef I would run the amp just to the front speakers and leave the rears on the deck power. Just fade to the front a little to compensate for the fact that the rears will distort before the fronts. I personaly like a front stage and all that. I car much for rear speakers other then for fill and to raise the sound stage. If you parralell the 2 right speakers together and the 2 lefts then you'll get the amp to the 2 ohm load for the most power but your fronts will recieve less power then they would if they were the only amplified speaker plus the amps distortion output would double. But if you want all speakers at relativly the same volume and have no regard for sound stage then just parallel each sides speakers to the amp. :)
