Winter Tires - Will 205/55/R16's fit on my stock 16" rim

Hi guys...

My wifes '02 Protege5 needs some winter tires..and i got a awesome deal on some 205/55/R16's rubber...my question is will it fit on the stock 16 rim ..without rubbing? It has a stock suspension..

Please reply asap anyone!
