Since Wings West makes a front bumper cover and side skirts for the Protege5, I was thinking of going this route to upgrade my look. One of the concerns I have is whether or not I can still use my factory fog lights or will I have to get smaller ones. Does anyone have any experience with these products from Wings West? Any help is appreciated. Thanks,

Brian Z.

no they will not bolt in, you may be able to make brackets ,but wings west offers fog lights for the bumper

Will the harness for these lights plug into the car or will some splicing and re-wiring be required?

The factory foglights do bolt in. They bolt to a bracket behind the bumper cover.

Everyone I've known w/ that kit has used OE lights.

So the bracket is built into the bumber cover? I fso then that's great news

No..you'd have to modify the bumper a tiny bit to have the fogs bolt in w/ the stock brackets. PM Maxx Mazda.
