Will Mental manifold work with vf22 turbo?

No, IHI turbos use a 3 bolt flange that looks like a triangle.

I'm 99% sure this is the standard Hi-Boost manifold for the IHI VF22 turbo. The threaded pipe is the one for the EGR I think.
