so if i buy an HP computer I buy at best buy and need tech support, i call their local store?

i think they'd laugh at you.
Ok then following your logic - you'd want to call Perfect Power since they did make the unit.

When you buy the unit from MPNick, you are paying his full retail price - included in that is the price of the unit, and extra costs which insure MPNick's business remains profitable - even when he has to spend dozens (if not more) of hours helping people confirm correct installations as well as assist in tuning.

When you buy the unit from someone who purchased the unit through MPNick, they are recieving the unit at a discount - they are expected to support the unit, if they cannot handle it - they can then call MPNick who will help them out.

Ok, I've got a little less than 2 more hours at work before I head out - got anything else you wanna talk about?

I love my job - I'm monitoring the server room, watching VH1's "best year ever", talking to friends online, and posting on the forum. (Not bad at $27/hr) Being a consultant rules!

I give the best tech support I can to my customers and anyone who is running the MPI Tuner. Matt was an ass both on the phone and in his e-mails. So he gets no help from me. It is how the world runs. I live by the golden rule. Due on to others and all that stuff.

John, how much boost did you run to make that WHP? Was it 17 or 18 psi.

It was palying back and forth, I'm sure we could have made more power with better fuel. Maybe some MS103.

Please dude... Perfect Power has no idea or how to support nicks products so calling them would be prove pointless. Just like AEM not supporting that standalone once MAM releases. Bottom line is the MPNICK crew needs to stop being ******* assholes and show some professonialism. You guys need to relieze that everyone isnt as smart as you guys and if you guys would lend your knowledge instead of being a dick and pointing fingers else where youd be great. All you guys do is add to the cut throat style of the industry.

i know you are... in an earlier post i said that about you. Dana, ryan, pat, and a few other always have no problem helping. What this community is for...

Also im not questioning that matthew was asshole, but who didnt know that? He gives vendors the hardest times. Dealing with him is much better then fighting with him. Everyone till this day laughs at all the free s*** DGM handed him after the battle with jason. Heres how it worked out though... everyone loved dgm once the kind hearted amie took over.

And that do on to other... its how your supposed to live life.

Wake up man. That was the first Protege on this forum to make anywhere near that much power. If you think 328whp @ 15psi is not that good that good then wait a few more weeks. We will be the first Protge to make 400whp on this forum very soon.

Plus, let's not forget that Dean ran C16 fuel on his best pulls. I THINK he had pump gas for his lower psi pulls, in which I think he was making 280whp or so (anyone have the dyno handy?).

Point is, comparing his 328whp to everyone else's dynos isn't apples to apples, since he had 116 octane race gas. That's 22 or 23 octane points above everyone else. It goes a long way.
If I had tuned for it maybe. He had alot more timing out then anyone there.

280whp @12psi and pump gas is good to me.

Be careful what you post. You may have to eat your words one day.

Let me rephrase that, I am willing to lend a helping hand to someone who is willing to listen.
