Who's stiil making payments on the MSP?

If I can afford it, I may just keep this damn thing. I owe $3600 still, and by the time it's paid off it will probably be worth about that much lol.

I paid mine off then sold it, now I wish I still had the damn thing........and still have parts sitting in my garage. In the long run I should have kept it, but now I may just get another one and pay cash.

you guys are lucky, I got 8000 left to pay within a 3year period..I purchased the car in March of 2010 with 80,000 miles. Today, it has 106,000 miles...yay me!

If you can aford to spend a extra 50 bucks a month on your car payment. You will be amazed at how much of a difference that makes in paying down your car. Also if you dump your income tax money on your car to that will knock a huge dent into it as well.

I got my car roughly 3 years ago with something like 49k on it and it has aroudn 115k on it now. And its I know for a fact of at least 3 months of where the car hasn't been driven at all(bad turbo, bad trans, and now bad clutch). If I didnt have to pay for tons of repairs on my car i would of had it paid off a looong time ago or more mods done to it. lol

Seeing my loan drop below the 4k mark has got me thinking how soon it will be done, and makes me want to start paying extra on it. Since I pay 300 a month, it should be finished in about a year or so depending on the interest. Considering I will be finished with college around that time, it would be nice to eliminate the car payment from my monthly bills since I will be adding student loan payments :(

The mod bug is strong but I'm capping it (for now at least) as soon as I pay for my 505 intake manifold and get the rest of my parts installed.

I'm at 2900. I feel your pain stealth as I too would have it paid off by now but life is full of surprises.

I went ahead and got a Mfactory diff, excedy stage 1 clutch, fidanza flywheel... it just gave me more reason to replace the diff and a few other upgrades! Or well I was actually forced to change it out if i wanted to drive it.

I've spent way to much money on this car to get it running right and make it reliable to get rid of it. I have roughly 5-6k in repairs on it and its no faster then a stock msp. lmao Now I think I have a wheel bearing going out.. I can hear a whirring noise every now and then. Oh well replace that and one less thing I have to worry about. All I need to do is replace all 4 wheel bearins, control arm bushings, end links and thats literally everything on the car thats wear and tear except the motor itself that has been replaced!

I take it yours is paid off?

My wheel bearings, bushing, and ect. are going out. I've spent countless dollars on repairs and have given up hope of ever selling it because of it's many problems and poor aftermarket support. My scheduled on-time pay-off is June-July. I'm just going to buy something else cash and keep the miles off the msp then maybe I can put a dent into it's long list of problems. At least it's driveable...for now.

Very nice. Idk how much I owe exactly now. I had a car loan and personal loan to pay for the car. The personnel loan is due to be paid off in October. Then I have 2 years on the speed. I home to pay it off wway before then.

Sweet, OH10, there's nothing like getting the title to your baby.

I'm loving the no car payment thing. The past few months of being payment free have been nice, the extra $215/month has been very helpful.

I think the Mfactory was worth waiting to get the car paid off. I have one and its been good so far. not really put it through any kind of hard racing or launches though.

Owe 2k still next car payment in march. Come tax time this bastard should be paid!!
