who's flashed? who's not?

Still not flashed...................but; confused (freak) whether I really need to be or not. I am using the fuel line pressure relief valve. It helps. Some days the hestation is more noticeable. But; all in all, it's not too bad.

Flashed. Why is this still being debated? The car runs better with the flash. Its a personal choice not to; but your car will not be running properly. Or at least as properly as the flash allows it to!

flashed like a mother ******!

why wouldn't cha?
Because the flash was an easy out fix that advanced timing. Too much timing advance on high boost cars is a factor in detonation. Id rather run 12psi of boost and not worry about detonation.

Hmmm I am at 12 and have been for some time however, your milage may very as well as your ability to run higher boost without the dreaded hand grenade effect! BE WARNED!!! YOU ******!!! BE WARNED!!!

no flashed - stock boost until my profec is all installed then it will be 10 psi. I didnt do it cause the hesitation doesnt really bother me, plus it seemed like a band aid to me more then a fix. but that is just my opinion and you know what those are like. i have the joe FPR at home brand new, just havnt put it on yet (not sure im going to )

I read in the new sport compact car that they did a test before and after the flash and lost 1 or 2 hp and gained a little less then 1 ft lb of tourque. That kinda sucks. Why would they do that?

Well thats the mags for ya. The other mag picked up power go figure (dunno)
Plus don't over look the fact that the curve is somewhat flater post flash.

No man, didn't mean to give the impression I was flashed than got unflashed by some magical means.

I never got flashed to begin with, still running with the original ecu programming.
