Who was it??!... Come on, own up

hehe...that guy in the cobra talks about 50 on an off ramp..the ones around here i can hit up to 75 and i have an all stock ES suspention (except springs..like that matters)...and as for the MSP spinning out...holy crap how do u do that..these cars r the most forgiving cars ive ever driven...ive gotten over steer really bad one time that would have decimated a FR car and pulled out with ease..so i would say yes that MSP owner is a TOOL

most likely the guy had s*** for tires and didnt keep a smooth line through the turn (ie: jerked the wheel) which will usually cause the MPS suspension to break loose, he was probably also an unexperienced driver and did not know how to recover from the slide. first week i had my mp3 i spun out on a turn because i went in to shallow and tried to cut it around. weight transfer + stiff suspension+no weight in the ass end = slide.

Sounds like BS to me. Think about it...if the driver was enough of a putz to spin an MSP on an exit ramp do you believe he was quick enough to save it from hitting the walls??? No way.

Re-reading the story...Sorry, he doesn't say it was an exit ramp but he does says "He didn't hit the wall." But he described it as an undivided highway??? I'm trying to picture this road

nice the see some protege guys back it up, i'm sdrotary-fc over there

nothing new here. Some guy in a mustange with an attitude. Imagine that.

As for the mp3, I can't tell you how many friends with rustangs and f bodies that could not even come close to my mp3 in the corners when I had it. I've driven quite a few stock mustangs, and I'm sorry....crap handling. Jesus a stock ES shouldn't have troubles over that.

The mp3 also came with the Funlops. Great tire, but wears REALLY fast. Maybe it wasn't an excuse and they are bald.

Besides, just because you drive a good handling car, doesn't mean you can drive good.

well the only thing i can think of that might have made him spin was if he entered the corner too hot and decided to brake (which is a natural reaction to me coming from a FR car) which transfers all the weight to the front making the car loose in the rear.. causing oversteer, and he spun

the mp3 is tail happy due to the stiffer suspension, mine goes sideways ALOT under hard cornering, the guy prolly just paniced and didnt think to downshift and pull the nose out.
