I'm referring to the total package... why spend the money on a TT when you can put the money TOWARDS a compustar... and as for voltage... whoopedy-do... buy a cheap volt-meter... or I can just "borrow" one from work.
compustar > TT
compustar < sex

If you run with a radar detector and have a passport 8500, then there is no need for voltage as it will do that for you. The compustar is well worth the money rather then getting a turbo timer. Plus all the features the compustar gives you blows the turbo timer away.

MMMMMMMMMM, remote start :)

thanks for making my point guys... I neve meant to imply that is was a better TT, I'm just saying that $100 for JUST a TT is a waste when for ~ $300 you get a compustar that is a TT and SOOO much more.

not trying to start any fights.

compustars are sweet
i should have gone with it in the first place
but for now my tt + stock alarm will do.

is there a safety feature in compustar that will not activate remote start if u're in gear?

You can tap in to a orange/green (if I remember correctly) wire coming from the transmission which shows +12v if in gear.

OK, it's finally time for me to get a GReddy TT so my friends will stop complaining about my car needing to "deturbotize". LOL
