I have a protege5 bumper i was going to put on with an msp lip i was going to go with the 2003.5 msp conversion but seems like everyone is doing it. I want to be a lil different So i decided to get one these lips but i cant decide which one to get HELP!!!!

I would get the 1st one. It has a closer resembelence to the msp lip that you're looking for, but with its own unique desgin. The bottom one in contrast, i think looks excactly like the stock bumper with some kind of a lip on it. Thats just my opinion.

IMO the second lip looks the best! its not crazy looking and its real clean... no one has this lip it seems like and 250$ on mazdagear.com is a lil steep, but thats the one im gettin.

Ok i got my own similar dimemna. I smashed my bumper which was already pretty messed up into a curb today so decided to just replace it with one that actually goes on a protege, as opposed to a msp. let me know which looks better.... they're both $125. the one on top is a bc-2, the one on the bottom is a avg. both from grounddynamics.com.

Neither, they're both garbage and you'll spend more money buying, installing and painting either of those than you would with a stock bumper cover.

I already have the stock bumper. The whole point of me getting a new bumper is the get rid of the stock one cuz i dont like it

Then just add a lip or something because quite frankly, both of those bumpers you attached are not only knock-offs, they're s*** - even the originals were s***. Sure they're cheap but you will spend more money trying to get them to fit properly and then paint (please God tell me you're going to paint it first!). Not mention neither of those flow with the body lines at all. IMO, stick with the MP3/P5/MSP front bumper cover and add either a '03.5 MSP or DG front lip.
