Which Headers Are Available for P5's?

Im really interested in seeing some dyno runs with that shorty manifold...anyone? anyone?

Hey GReddy917,

I'll be in the shop tomorrow, June 25, having the shorty installed and dynoed. They will perform a baseline first (car is totally stock) and then another after the install.

I'm hoping to be able to put up the scan of the dyno sometime shortly after that.

Cheers,

Alright, I found out the the 950 Canadian is for the exhaust from the first cat and back to the Muffler. Man, that's a lot of dough for a cat-back. The header looks sweet though. Just wish it was a little less expensive.... Anyway, I'm gonna go with the racingmazda.com header.

Hey guys,

Well, had my day with Essential Speed - good bunch of guys. Throughout the day there were guys dropping in and out of the shop with turbo questions, dreams and aspirations ( :p ) and Kevin and Ivan accomodated them all. I was like a kid in a candystore with all the turbo setups (there was another P5 there, and an older Nissan) and they even used my car to test fit a turbo they're shipping to the U.S.

With regards to the shorty headers: well, as I had mentioned, I was the guinea pig for this design, and the results are that Essential Speed will not be offering this shorty anytime soon. Unfortunately, things didn't work out the way they had intended, and it is most likely that they will go the route of a 4-2-1 header system, to get the maximum gains for those of us staying NA (naturally, with both the o2 and EGR bungs).

Sorry to disappoint.
