alright well i just want whats the best for the car ya know...i guess there is a difference so.. i just want the best that aint gonna rust and everything.. and i think im a lil confused about what this part really is.. because the part im thinkin of is only two small pipes that need to be made i guess? idk .. anyone got some pics of what part this is???

INTERCOOLER PIPES!!! One pipe is short, and runs from the turbo to the top of the intercooler. The other pipe is long, and runs from the bottom of the intercooler up to the throttle body.

The length DOES NOT matter if you want aluminum pipes... both pipes could be a total of 6 inches and it STILL wouldn't matter. No mandrel bender = no aluminum IC pipes.

ok well im still not sure on the location of where these pipes are gonna be goin and what they are replacing... i think i had the wrong pipes in mind but either way it will be an upgrade i just need a visual on the pipes its replacing

dont take this the wrong way but, how do you not know what your ordering? and secondly, how do you not see what pipes they are? i explained it to you already. open your hood, look down in front of the engine, see the turbo...turbo to IC pipe (lookslike an upside down u), then from the bottom of the IC to the throttlebody... just go look under your hood its reallly simple.

alright i got it i got it lol! see i was lookin at the pipes right near the intake box if you still have that there or where your intake is.. its the two l rubber hoses with the valve in the middle of them! idk if oyu knwo what im talkin bout.. and yea i didnt take t hat the wrong way man .. thats what im here for to learn more about the msp and build it up! so its all good any help is awesome

yea i wasnt trying to be pissy but u asked like 4 times haha.

if u get hard pipes the intake should remain there (the plastic pipe attached to the airbox), the valve you are referring to that goes from the intake pipe to the turbo hot pipe is the bypass valve. that will stay where it is unless you change your valve or intake (and even then it has provisions for it)

yeah I think I will get the perrin fmic and wait for a manifold in the for sale section. I thought I might hear somthing by now from mam but screw it. it kinda sux because their fmic come with spal fans and a short ram intake. I probally would have sold the intake anyways.
