When will the 2005's be available?

So I've been lurking here for a little while because I am interested in buying a 3. Does anyone know when the 2005 models will be available or when we can place orders for a 2005 3? I don't want a 2004 since there have been some problems and we are so close to the 2005's being released. Thanks.
