Whats everyone seeing for their average MPG on a MS3?

i'm doing 11.4L/100KM according to trip computer since my last check engine(p2006) wich is about 2600km ago.

I've made a 600km trip (highway only and few time up to 200km/h) and i averaged to about 9L/100km.
I think its not bad since that car haul a$$, my last car averaged at about 10l/100km and had about 150hp.

So Im basically doing 19-21 Depends if i drive to my moms (hour freeway time) or to other peoplesss, Im mostly city still getting about 20mph average... And Ill just say I dont drive slow... lol

FWIW, my onboard fuel mileage estimator is about 2mpg off from my fill up, vs. amount of last fill vs. mileage. Car says 27.9 mpg. Swampass math shows just under 26.

I also noticed the trip computer reads high by about 2 mpg. Most of the time i get around 20-21 mpg, if the wife drives the car an entire gas tank worth, she gets about 24mpg. Hwy we get 26ish............. Its hard for me to not pass texas idiots on the road. :D

Only got in the 19-20 range on my first two tanks of gas, with probably 90% city; avg mph was about 24. On my third tank now, and with about 60 miles on a newly installed MS CAI. Probably too early to really say anything, but the computer is showing 1-2 mpg better than I would expect.

3000 miles on care
22.0 mpg for a 14 mile mixed driving commute (average 25 mph)
26.8 mpg highway (average 43 mph)

The trip computer indicates +2 mpg higher.

All my gas stations indicate 10% methanol on the pump.

I'm sure ethanol has 1/2 the energy density of gasoline so 10% ethanol would decrease real mph by 5% ~1 mpg.

I don't know what kind of flowmeter this car uses. Ethanol would affect a volumetric based meter.

Ethanol would also affect a mass based flowmeter too because the computer converts it back to volume (gallons). Need to ask Mazda I think, about how ethanol affects measure gallons.

I would get better gas mileage if the 2 highway on ramps I use most weren't so short, on such steep hills, and so much fun. A daily reminder why I got the car.

Still getting 21.5, less than 1K on the clock.

im getting around 26ish mpg... i would say i drive about 80% highway and 20% city... the biggest problem i have on the highway is when im actually doing close to the speed limit i have civics and such ride my ass bc they think (or in my mind i think this is the reason) that im slow and they are the fastest car on the road.. so i slow down they pass me and then i ride their ass all the way up to how ever fast they wanna go.. lol so much fun but it kills mpg... thats my story and im sticking to it.(cabpatch)
