I am working on this now, and have been looking into it for a while. Did you get this idea from me!?!? j/k Well I am making a 'shell' for the box then coating it all in fiberglass. I don't know how to do CF, but a CF box would be sweet. I think I would rather go custom though. The top will be clear plexiglass so you can see the Apexi filter. (eekdance)
 
I am interested in the tools you have and use for CF fabrication. Do you and your dad have a shop? How reproducible are the parts? Just curious about your setup and what you can offer.

FYI redesigned engine cover would be niiiice. You could put a LCD screen in it like Pimp My Ride style O|\/|G sw33t m4|\|
ok seriously I would consider buying a redesigned engine cover.

actualy... im thrilled wiht the responce.. i only saw a few items im un sure about.. but this is great!


You guys dont have to stay MSp specific universal apps can be sugested too.. all though.. MSP is nice... gonna get better turn around in the beigning..
 
i think if you end up making items to try and have them universal because youd limit the responce to msp only...id like a protege5 hatch done in cf...and we looked into it but for safety reasons it was looked down upon.

how about the interior where the stock HU is, next to it the fake cf should be done in cf maybe a whole cf piece for the stock stereo for protege5?

its been made in fg and cf. full piece and side pieces. www.dgmotorsports.com

Maybe a useful cover.... but I dunno yet. Maybe one that holds a vac manifold in the back or something.. you really can do anything. It could hold vac hoses, it could cover more or less, really anything 'new and different' seems to catch eyes.
