This came with the used turbo kit I bought. I have no clue what it is. The brass screw is obviousley there to adjust something. Any one know what it is?? Im sure everyone BUT me does!!!

it intersepts the o2 reading and when under boost tells the ecu you are running lean. so it wont pull the fuel.. therefore, it helps keep you running nice and stoiche while under boost.. with out it, the ecu will pull about 30% of your fuel in boost.. .

No it just fools the ECU into keeping the air/fuel ratio instead of taking some fuel out.
