I am researching which BPV to get, but I am not looking for something that is going to attract too much attention. (five-0)

My wife already kinda freaks out over the air-sucking/turbo-spooling sounds since I got my CAI, so I am trying to keep the BPV noise to a minimum. (hand)

Comments/Suggestions/Experiences are certainly welcome.

Thanks!

get a forge valve. it recirculates, so sound would be at an absolute minimum, but would still be noticeable. :D or buy a stocker from me and do the crush mod

I have read it has a loud metallic clanging noise went it vents. However, I haven't seen any videos of it to get a feel for how loud it is.

How loud is your TurboXS Hybrid BOV (are you venting to atmosphere?).

Tks,

TurboXS has a bypass (recircualting) valve....just not many seem to have it. It's on their website

You could look at the synapse engineering synchronic BPV.

It doesn't completely shut at idle (which is fine as long as you are running in recirc)

It is fairly quiet, but its not direct bolt on.

Here's a video of the forge:

(keep in mind its being vented to atmosphere, watch the whole video to get an idea how it sounds from inside the car)

I am looking for a direct bolt on, but that Synchronic does sound pretty nice.

The Forge doesn't sound too loud. I definitely can here the metallic sound people have mentioned though.

I think I will give it a shot.

Thanks!
