Not sure how the length of the dampers would work, but you can pick up a set of hood dampers for like $80.

The hatch dampers, if you could mount them, would probably launch the hood into orbit. HUGE weight difference between the hood and hatch. Trust me, I've been without hatch dampers for about a year and a half now. It's a pain, but I'm too cheap to fix them.

Just bought Tokico Blues and Tein S-techs from MattV.......no more 4x4 mode for me. :D

work in progress from a lesson learned...

I used to sell hood prop kits on this forum. I had a few group buys and made alot of kits. The dampers/shocks are pretty inexpensive from McMaster Carr (like $12 IIRC). The real cost is in having the brackets made.....unless you have fabricating experience and/or work for a company that has a full fab and machine shop like me. (alright)

I said the same thing. lol. I sold 90% of my stuff in 3 days. Long as you provide reasonable prices(which you have) the s*** goes fast.

picked it up from the body shop and put in the base for the car seat... may take it out later with the family to do a bit of baby shopping

Swapped in my Corksport Radiator...it's amazing the stock p5 radiator did anything for what goes on in my engine bay in comparison :)

Just one of those things I always needed to do but HAD to do something else first.

You know you can actually MAKE those, free of cost (usually...). You don't actually have to buy a baby. And the process is quite fun to boot (rofl2)

Not something I need to be concerned with... plenty of prevention methods :)

Just waiting for my health insurance to kick in at my new job then its tubal ligation time..
