Chilled with some friends!

Just purchased a GT-SPEC front strut bar, DaveB replica gauge rings, SpeedHut c/f gauge bezel, SLS performance door lock aluminum bezel, ProSport oil return plate, bosch wideband o2 sensor

I purchased a MSP knob a couple weeks ago on ebay, finally arrived today, go to throw it on and it doesnt fit, WTF? what can I do to get it to fit???

what? how does a msp knob not fit? i have one sitting on my shelf here beside me, has threads in it, so it should just screw right on.

crazy, if i still had my stock shifter i'd try my msp knob on it, but i dont. i have the fidanza short shifter but never tried to install the msp knob on it.

brought it to a muffler specialist and had meineke's crappy job fixed finally, still need to tweak it though...getting some rubbing in the rear bumper at low speeds.

yeah it should fit your short shifter...

Anyways I have found another shifter, so when I receive it, will be removing the weight...

^Post pics of that installed. I was looking at a CF one & and brushed aluminum one, and I couldn't decide if they would look good or not... (lol2)

Drove mine to work today again. I'm getting rather good mileage right now. Hit half tank at 250 miles.

yes it was his fault. i was stating what insurance i had because i assumed you were thinking they were slacking on their part. they would have taken care of it already if i had collision

That. Still. Doesn't. Make. Sense. Collision insurance basically covers your car if YOU cause an accident and damage it. So long as you have liability, you're covered if someone else hits you (and has insurnace), and they should be doing all that crap.

noticed a "shimmy" from the ass end a couple days ago, then yesterday noticed a "hot break" smell... looked at my brakes and the break material came delaminated from the metal backing pad WTF. Got a new set of back breaks, one side goes on fine, the other side's piston retracting nut is rusted fast. Luckily the wife works right across from autozone! $150 later.... I need to put back rotors on the old girl too, the shimmy is still there, going to be getting those this weekend.

Oh yeah and when I pulled my floor jack out from under the car I ripped my rocker panel trim off the car, thats now duct taped on (classy I know)! What a ******* PITA. The extra fun part was having to sawzall the old caliper off the mounting bracket. The pin that threads into the caliper and is supposed to slide in and out of the mounting bracket was completely rusted into it. Would move at all, even smacking it with a 20lbs sledge hammer whilst on an anvil....i moonlight as a blacksmith... no really. I can actually say that this is something i did today, got done at 12:10 am this morning....
