I'm close to replacing my GT25 turbo with the Disco Potato. Woot woot!
What exactly is the Apexi Neo? If it's any sort of air/fuel controller it is not going to work unless you also get a MAF clamp.got my apexi neo in the mail and made a wiring guide last night... gonna install it today this outta be a blast...
also convinced the girlfriend to buy me motor mounts
wiring guide needs some thoughts thought.. its from a svt focus.. 2002 zxe.. but that is the ONLY wiring guide i could find that matches... maybe im wrong..

MAF clamp/voltage clamp - same difference. Either way, just putting the air/fuel controller on will not work with these cars because of the MAF/O2 sensor fuel controller system. Any changes you make without a voltage clamp will simply be ovewritten by the ECU. The only piggybacks that work out-of-the box are the SplitSecond Units (referred to as AFCs or FTCs depending on the model). For example, my AFC clamps the MAF's output voltage when the AFC's MAP sensor sees positive pressure. From there it throws the ECU into open loop control and I tune from there. Open loop control does not use the feedback loop between the MAF and O2 sensor and just runs off a pre-determined map based on MAF sensor voltage. By adjusting the MAF output voltage your adjusting the open loop tune.maf clamp?? why is that? it is a fuel controller.. well when looking over the instructions it completely seperates the maf signal, that is how it controls it not just tapping into it. but ill look into that and try it today and see if i cant lean my car all the way out or something to see takes it..how the ecu
Also, out of curiousity, what are you using to determine your air/fuel ratio? A wideband is the ONLY way to go. Those cheap air/fuel gauges (or narrowband) are pointless.
Eh, I was going to say that but I figured there was always EGT...fixed
How much did you pay for the front strut bar...
