LOL, yep so having 2 people working together shaved 1.5 hrs off the time.Hell yeah! And yesterday I helped Luke (rogue) swap the front sway bar on his. In case you ever feel like you should do that job: don't. It sucks. It took us almost 5 hours with 2 of us working on it. Honestly though, I wouldn't do it if I didn't enjoy it. I had a ton of fun. But now I'm sore as crap pretty much everywhere lol
LOL funny Jeff. When are you going to get some real springs??
Nice I bet the car felt like a real dog with that much added weight.
Now if a strut were to go bad....then I would have a good excuse to upgrade both struts and springs.
So that's why you hauled 47,000 lbs. of concrete in it, instead of in your MPV?
Makes sense to me!![]()
Added more oilSomething is definitely not right but unfortunately I have neither the time or the money to tear down the engine and figure out exactly it is right now.
Not yet. I don't have a tester - the local car cluub is supposed to have one but no one seems to know where it is. A leakdown test would be ideal and I know someone who has a tester just no compressed air. I just have a lot of other things I need to focus on more at the moment (graduating, etc.)have you done a compression or leakdown test yet?

Yeah I've got pretty decent knowledge of the shops and stuff in the area I just don't want to have to pay for something I could do on my own. Fortunately I don't drive the P5 too much so the possibility for causing any more damage is lessened. I was going to look to do a compression test last weekend but I had to take an 8 hour test on Saturday and then it rained all day Sunday.lol yeah, graduation's important. Accurate compression testers can be had from harbor freight for under $20 (yes, they ship). And compressors can be come by. Know anyone who works at a shop?
