ah gotcha. i see what your sayin about how low the DG lip is. thats probably the one ill get since i dont wanna lose my fogs.
but the MSP lip does look really good on the P5

speaking of P5 i saw one on street tuner challenge about an hour ago on tv. it was gold, and done up REAL nice. i forget the club that built it though. but it was pretty cool to see a bitchin nice P5 on tv.

as far as what i did to my P5. i figured out why my brakes were grinding. the caliper mounting bolts and all the lug nuts were loose. how they were loose idk, cuz i know i torqued them all down good. but yea i tightened everything down really good, so everything is straight now.

I might try to see if I can fabricate a bracket that holds my header in place where the stock one was attached...

that seems like a good idea. the minute i took those 2 brackets off my block i knew why some people have problems with cracked aftermarket headers.

if anyone fabricates one that fits i'll buy one of them!! mines obx...dunno what yall have :-)

aw crap I don't have a 17mm open ended wrench.. of course I figure that out when my car is up on jackstands, with no rotors or calipers.. and no brake lines, clutch line, or brake fluid.

My craftsman set goes from 10-16mm and then I have bought 19-23.. wtflol I suck at life. Of course I figure this out you know.. less than half an hour after every parts store in Rochester closed haha.

Did a little work on my smoked overlay for the reverse and turn signal sections of my JDM tails. Found a clear transparency and did a little tracing of the section of the tailight, cut it out, traced it onto the backside of the Rockblocker overlay, cut it out. Simple as that. Now I just have to get em put on. Should look pretty sweet when it's done.

got my new head unit (Pioneer DEH-P5800MP), and test fit my new pedals custom made from Autovation. I also installed my Mazdaspeed Axel-back this weekend which got her sounding pretty nice.

Drove her back from the airport where my parents used her to transport an ungodly amount of luggage, then filled her full of tools and went to TinmanMS6's house to start swapping the shocks from stock nastyness to single adjustable koni sport goodness for his SCCA HS 99 Skrivic Si ;)

Well I did it again.. forgot to check how-tos (don't know if there even is one) before I disconnected all the brake lines.. I don't have an open 17mm wrench to install the new lines :(

I'd ride my bike early in the morning to a store to buy one, but it'll be raining heavily all day tomorrow.

so the car is inoperable for now. all of the calipers are in the basement with paint drying, I'll probably shoot them with some high-temp clearcoat in the morning, then when that dries mount them to the car. I don't know how/if/when I'll be able to get to a store to buy that pesky wrench though.

I knew having primarily sockets in my tool collection was going to hurt me some day.

Anyone know the wrench size for the bleeder valve by chance? I better make sure I have that too :P

I'd try and use one of my adjustable wrenches but I actually can't locate either of them right now >_<

now it's way late, I gotta go sleep.. fun!

just go buy a good set of open ended or combo wrenches. I'm fairly certain the bleeders are 10mm

I havea set of open ended wrenches.. 8-16mm, a similar size range in imperial, and then I have 19-23mm as extras. I gues I just never needed 17 or 18 in a situation where I couldn't just use a socket.

I wish there was a 24-hour tool store, now that would be schweet.
