yeah the stock manifold should NEVER be seen by others.. it's sooooo gross looking under that heat shield.

yea no kidding dude. it looks all rusted and everything. but oh well. its sad to say that it looks better than my heatshield. when i had the engine replaced, they smashed the heatshield pretty good and cracked it in a few places and it started rusting pretty bad. so i just took it off. hopin to get a header in the NEAR future anyways.

that polished shield looks nice too, goes great with the polished valve cover.
im lookin to pick up a 626 valve cover if i can find one and do the 1.8L coilpack and wire conversion.

I have a header I don't need anymore, but it's only useful to someone if they are going to get it jethot coated.

yea kansei that header does need to be coated. im probably gonna get the obx when i have the money.
are those washer things on the valve cover necessary? cuz i was thinkin about getting the 10mm nut covers that autozone has in chrome (ive seen em on a protege before and it looks real nice) but idt they cover the washers.
