What have you done to your P5 today?

Why on earth would you remove your cruise control, Ivan?

I removed mine too. Never used it. Same reason why I bought a manual transmission; I want to control the car. Plus there is such a spaghetti mess that you lose when its gone. I think it cleans up the bay more than removing the AC.

Those look awsome as hell. Good price too. Anyone know if there is such a thing as bronze lugs (for a good price). Imma go search it now...

After driving the MSM 15 hours one way to Daytona, I'll say that I wish I had cruise in it. I use the P5's cruise all the time.

The mudflaps look great, Ivan. You'll have to help me slap some on mine before winter strikes.

And I just can't imagine long drives without cruise control. The P5 is the first car I've had WITH cruise control and I use it all the time. I rarely use my A/C but for the few days in the summer I actually need it, I'm so thankful I didn't remove it.

Hell, after driving 4 hours from Cullman, AL to Atlanta in the S2000 after the clutch master in it had failed (I didn't realize it at the time), dropping the clutch pedal off of the clutch switch that controls the cruise, I realized just how much it sucks without it lol. Much less 15 hours each way 0.o

Thanks Evan. I'll definitely help you out. It was actually really easy and I used a little trick for the fronts to secure them better. Do you already have yours or are you going to order them?

And like I said, I drove 14 hours to and 14 hours from Florida last year and didn't use cruise. I have used it in the past but since I installed the turbo, I just won't ever use it. It's just a personal preference.

Got my DGM interior CF pieces...just need to know best tips to install them as they're hard to fit in place...like super tight fit. Should I just get bigger tape strips or maybe heat them up?

First time I have ever seen that as well... too bad I think it looks like poo on the car.

I agree.

Drove to work in the pouring rain. Passed a handful of morons who lacked the common sense to turn their headlights on.

nice headlights probin!

looking good fishy.

and i rarely use cruise. in fact, i think it makes the car use more gas. (the interstate i drive on is hilly, the road goes up and down with the overpasses. the car will try and coast down, then give it lots of gas to get back up, usually overdoing it.)

and when driving in to work last night at 2330, there was a guy on the interstate with no tail light on. passed him and he only had one working headlight, and that was aimed straight down. nice.

today, experienced first hand what happens when IC pipes blow off
i was driving down the road, not even in boost, and all of a sudden i hear a LOUD ass sound, like a BOV but i was still on the gas lol
got to school, couldnt look cuz i was late, i took a look on break and the hot pipe was just hanging there, drove after class to a close parking lot and luckily had my floor jack in the car lol
so i put it back on, BOV and hot pipe were scraped up from dragging on the road, and the vac line to the BOV was torn, but everythings all good now :)

i assume you have a relocated MAF?

If I have time, I'm going to swap out the stick injectors and put in the 440s.

Where can I get the Orings for the injectors?

yeah blow a pipe with the maf in the normal postion...you will think you blew your engine

Hell, I had a coupler tear behind the MAF on my N/A car... On I-75/I-85 down town Atlanta. In rush hour. Bad juju, had to use the starter to get me to the side of the road. At least my Miata still ran fine (just idled like crap) when it had a huge tear in the intake pipe downstream of the AFM lol
