What have you done to your P5 today?

No abnormal feeling at all. I had ball joint issues with my VW's back in the day, so that's the feeling I expected. I think my ball joint boot got ripped last time I replaced the drivers side wheel bearing, so I'm wondering if the grease may have seeped out and now it's dry and hating life.

Creaking/groaning could be another wheel bearing, too. Seems like these cars eat wheel bearings like mid-day snacks... When does it creak/groan? Constantly or while turning a certain direction?
 
Made a ss heatshield for my Steedspeed mani to try and liven up the bay a little bit. pics later.

Ordered a pass side axle to replace the creeking one with a torn boot... just like the drivers side I replaced a few weeks ago. Also got refunded on the DocB Radiator couldn't wait another 6+ weeks so Corksport is on the way :)
 
Nah, not a wheel bearing groan. Definitely suspension related. Turning (low speeds), speed bumps, other smaller bumps (low speed), and sometimes when starting from a stop.

Normally I can diagnose issues pretty well. This one just has me slightly baffled.

Strut mounts/bearings, tierod ends, bushings, ball joints... (shrug)

Strut mounts / bearings were replaced over the winter when I did the Blues / S-techs. Not a bad place to double check though...
 
cleaned my egr valve with a firen who already did his. Damn its awesome to hear the quiet engine at idle and not miss fires!
 
Blew the pass. front tire while doing a quick U-turn. So I figured it was time to put the Hankook RS-2's on. They're on the front now. When I come back from vacation they'll be on the back as well. Yay for huge grip :D While I'm gone I left it with a friend who will be doing front brakes, Timing belt & water pump, connecting door sills, and cleaning up wiring of the air horns..
 
took one of my 2 spare intake mani's and finished porting 2 of the runners, i already ported the ends where it bolts up to the head, but now i did the JDM Sam method and let me tell you,
this s*** is going to flow some air when im done, it looks great if i may say so myself

Going to wrap my intake pipe to the SC. It basicly touches the headers. So that needs to get taken care of today.

Going to clean up the engine bay a little more.

Might install my Blitz turbo timer.

drove it once i put the new coils, new MAF, and new wires on
and i got a ******* CEL, P0303, cylinder 3 misfire, which makes no sense at all

try swapping that injector with another one and see if the misfire moves along with it.. You didnt say you put new plugs in... im going to assume you did.
