What have you done to your P5 today?

Went out for a drive to check out the new nissan 370z 40th special edition god I felt like taking the car with me then and there. On another note my jdm power folding mirror's are on the way yay!

put in my new boost controller, fixed most of my vac leaks, ordered new rear brake pads and cleaned all the bugs off of my front end and IC lol
one of the bugs was stuck in the IC and was actually still alive, it was freaky

anywhore, time to go see how my car feels now that its not leaking boost

Looks good scratch, but I am just not feeling the painted jdp lip =(

Thanks...I agree, it will take some getting use to, but the original reason I did it was due to everyone else having them in black, and I felt I needed to mix it up a bit...I have a feeling we will have a few more eventually paint matching...

Scratch with all that yellow you should have left tha wheel's white. Look's nice tho

I have something on the way for the wheels...they won't be bronze for long...

not diggin the eyelids, AT ALL
everything else looks really good, glad i didnt do it lol paint looks really close to the OG color

Thanks man...it turned out pretty close...it will fade some though and get even closer to color...I am still not completely decided on the eyelids...

SCRATCH - You beat me to color matched emblems , mine are in bleach right now. lol Im sick of the black emblems on the hatch. So they will be yellow sometime this week. Also whats the easiest way to get off the black paint? I have the pro5 emblem that still needs the paint off. I used a wire brush and it took forever on the other emblems.

For me, the best thing has just been paint stripped...the Aircraft stripper that you use on rims to get the finish off...I have used it quite a few times to get paint/chrome off of emblems for me and a couple others...

Ordered my drivers side rear caliper, rear pads and rotors. Hope to have the P5 back on the road by the weekend. Just need the time to do the brakes now

Plans are to paint it the same as the car :D:D

I finished changing out my front left wheel bearing... A bit of a pain in the butt due to the rotor being rusted on so bad that it took an hour and a half to pound it off, and the tie-rod arm nut being seized. Finished up the new front brakes at the same time. But overall after both those problems I got it done, and its back to smooth riding... (please don't start on the you should do them in pairs crap, the other one will get done when I do my suspension if it doesn't go out before) Next up is rear brakes, then I'm not sure whats next... Still waiting on my exhaust, short shifter, and flywheel to get shipped here...

Summer tires on. Was going to do it last night but it was raining. Car is a lot quieter now, although I am hearing the various rattles and creaks more.

removed all the adhesive on my hatch from the emblems. Hopefully the emblems will be ready for paint in a day or so.
