What have you done to your P5 today?

just threw my mp3 ecu in! now how long does it take before i actually notice anything from it? feels pretty much the same. I know i know i need premium, ive got mid grade in the tank right now and will be putting in premium today.

the power delivery felt smooth before the ecu swap and is feeling the same now. ive heard that it takes maybe 100 miles for the ecu to reset correctly. true?

also found a msp lip for $200. no idea if thats good. probably not based on what all yall have found!

sometimes its better not to flow lol i painted my CF hood like that and i hate it, which is why you never see any pictures with it on the car haha

ECU calibration takes about 50 miles.

found ye old rev limiter with no cat and no resonator makes fire balls.. YAY!!!!! lol its exciting..!!! ( i know i shouldnt do it much and it was half assed on accident... i was trying to get accross 4 lanes with out getting hit in the rain.. and it bounced like 3 or 4 times and went pow pow pow... ( might have ben a mis fire.. engine threw a p0300 ( misfire ) code but it isnt misfiring or anything and is running fine... weird. )

i wont be doing that again but it was cool at the moment lol

Yea, I am actually going to be putting back in the horns first...may move the Familia to the rear in place of the Mazda...the yellow horns may be a bit much with the emblem...

I'm new to the whole import world having driven primarily gm muscle cars and big cars, just left a 95 Bonneville for a Protege 5 as after replacing an engine, transmission, what seems like half a billion other parts every other week, and now an upper intake gasket enough was enough.
I have been told this is a reliable car, and after owning it for a week, it has been a blast to drive, corners well, pick up, could be better but hey i was still passing people and pretty comfortable.
bummer i had to spend my day today changing plugs, wires, coils, and an egr valve (what a pain the a$$) the car just started missing and acting like crap a few days ago, man i hope this fixes it.
One question though, it's a 5 speed (i keep wishing it was a 6) and on the highway traveling about 120km/h this thing is running around 3500 RPM give or take 1 or 200, is this normal?

Yes it is normal

^yes, it runs at high rpm at that speed.

I'm gonna get flamed. But what is that? Obviosly it's a Medevil lightweight pully but whats it mounted to? It looks like a delete kit but why not just delete the whole pulley too? And is that a painted red EGR pipe in the background?

*edit* and I hope it's not one of those pulleys that will shatter...

No that is the v3 that is good to go. And it is mounted to a ps pump just coated red to match somebody's scheme.
